LaserJet IIP Error Codes & Manual

After turning on the HP IIP LaserJet & the printer display shows:
05 Self Test
is complete, the printer display shows:
12 OPEN
OR NO EP
12 is blinking on & off.
I looked at all openable doors, the inserted Toner Cartridge & all connections & they all appear perfect.

How can I get a .pdf or copy of all the IIP error codes describing the problem & hopefully it's solution?

Also, how can I get a .pdf manual for LaserJet IIP?

I have had this printer since it was new & it has always worked perfect. It doesn't get used very often. It is still using the original "HP 92275A" Toner Cartridge.
