Library TL891DLX which SCSI board is needed?

Hi Prashant,

regarding the problem with the UPS I will try to explain what happens:

We have in a rack installed 2 servers and 1 UPS RX3000.
The UPS has a 6Ports Card (Six Port Card (P/N 192185-B21))
We use Compaq UPS Software v1.81 to install the software in the servers. When we run the setup process, the application cannot find any device attached to the serial port (UPS) so when the installation process finish the software cannot find the UPS.
I have tried to attach the same server and serial cable to a different UPs with just 1 port (instead of 6) and during the setup process the COM detection finds the UPS.
Perhaps is the UPS which is having problems but we have already replaced the 6Ports card for a new one and the problem remains...

Any idea what happen?
