Lights Out not responding...

Recently I had an integrated iLo on a DL380 G4 report that the interface was not responding. I rebooted the server to get in and configure it, but was never prompted at post. Once the system came back up and I went back into systems management the iLo doesn't even show up anymore? I tried rebooting the server again but still nothing. I have activity on the iLo. Does anyone know whats going on? Did the card just go bad?

Hi Brian,

Turn off the server, Locate the System Maintenance switch. Turn On the "S1" switch. Start the server and check if the iLO gets detected. Turn Off the "S1" switch and configure the iLO.

If toggling the switch also does not helps you or if iLO is not detected during post, then we might need to replace the Systemboard.

Also try to upgrade the iLO Firmware and check if it detects it.
