Linux Management Agents & SNMPd problems

I have a DL360, installed RH 6.2 with no problems, after I install the management agents for the server it causes snmpd to stop working.
I have the Remote Insight Light-Out card, a total of 4 nic's and I'm planning on using this as a firewall.
