Locked out of SPP Custom Download

I have multiple ProLiant Gen9 and Gen10 systems with active warranties linked to my HPE ID.  I can download the normal SPP with no issue.  When trying to access the Custom SPP area I get "Support Validation Required - An active warranty or support agreement covering HPE Proliant Servers must be linked to your HPE Support Center profile to access this application."  Support case 5345756826 was opened on my behalf.  After some cargo cult troubleshooting the session went nowhere.

I don't know where to go from here.

Looking at the issue description and support case# 5345756826, I understand that the active warranties are already linked however you still facing issues with Custom SPP downloads.

In such a scenario, I would advise you to submit a ticket on the HPESC portal.
