Log off Failure

We are running an Ecommerce application on Windows 2000 Sp1. The Server is running SiteServer 3.0 plus some third-pary s/w. Backup Exec 8.5 is also installed.

Currently, the server will not log off. It will shut down Ok, but if you simply select "Log Off", the screen freezes, and pressing the Enter key brings the focus back to the desktop and the operation is cancelled.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
