Logical Drive Expansion in ACU

I have a ML350 G4 Server running Windows 2003 SP1. The disk array has x3 72.8GB drives in a RAID 5 configuration. I have added an extra drive and expanded the array. In the ACU I can see the original Logical Drive 1(138919MB RAID 5) and then Unused Space (92615MB) Why has the Unused space not been included in Logical Drive 1? Can I expand Logical Drive 1 to incorporate the space?

Re: Logical Drive Expansion in ACU

Thanks for the info. I have read "Volume Expansion on a DL380 G4 using ACU" but still am a little unclear. Do I need to now extend the size of Logical Drive 1 in the ACU to be able to see it in Window Disk Management? If so will the extend size be (Logical Drive 1 + Unused space)?
