Long boot time and missing ILO after firmware upgrade

On two DL380 G5's I upgraded to 8.60 firmware, and now each server takes about 10 minutes to boot, and the ILO's gone missing. Rebooting, forcing a reinstall of the firmware, upgrading to the latest support pack hasn't helped either. Has anyone seen this issue and knows how to fix it? I've seen that it might be possible system board issues, but I'm hoping it's not because I just waited for an hour on the phone in the server queue and still waiting.

Re: Long boot time and missing ILO after firmware upgrade

I've seen that on a DL380 G5, too. After some discussions with the support organization (they wanted me to move some jumpers around which I did first to appear cooperative) I've convinced them to swap the motherboard. I had to explain it 4 or 5 times to 2 people that the iLO was not visible on POST.
