Looking for processor board

Does anyone know where I can find a processor board for a Prosignia 300, with a 75 MHz pentium? The Compaq part number is 211454-001. The DMA controller is failing and Compaq told me that's what I need to replace. If I get the replacement board, I'll have to take my CPU from my old board and put it on the new board.
