Looks like we have a solution
After a lot of work and stress we seem to heva a solution:
- New firmware 1.72 for the E200i RAID controller Site: ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib2/software1/sc-windows-fw-array/p579792766/v45129/
- New firmware for the SAS 146GB HDD and for the 72 GB SAS disk. must be HPDA version CP008433
- Update te bios of the mainboard CP008368 10/7/2007
- Run the MS KB article 932755 and 912944
According to HP the bug is in the smart start 7.9x version. Servers that are installed with 7.8 do not haven the problem.
