Losing Network Connection

We are having trouble with the server losing communication(IPX and IP) every day. We've installed a 3com card thinking it was the nic, but the problem still occurs. We've tried new cables and switch ports with no luck. We wanted to remove all the Compaq mangement agents and see if it helps. Where do the agents load from, I looked in the autoexec.ncf and startup.ncf and didn't see any load statements for them. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

I am having a simular problem, with Windows2000 after installing the lastest SSD's. Insight manager reports a PC Bus error and I loose network connectivety on one of the NICS and can only restored by a reboot.
