Loss on Connections to one specific server

I have a problem with a DL380 G3 server the problem is that whent the server ping one server on the domain the pings timeout or have very high responses.

The 2 NIC's in the machine are setup using the HP Teaming Agent and they are assigned a static IP address, however if you ping a machine other than the problem machine you get the result:

Pinging LEEP4 [200.0.0.50] with 32 bytes of data:

Reply from 200.0.0.50: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=128
Reply from 200.0.0.50: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=128
Reply from 200.0.0.50: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=128
Reply from 200.0.0.50: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=128

Ping statistics for 200.0.0.50:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 0ms, Maximum = 0ms, Average = 0ms

However if you ping the server, which is on the same subnet you get the results:

Pinging nxhqpdc1.NEL.Nationalexpress.co.uk [200.0.0.202] with 32 bytes of data:

Reply from 200.0.0.202: bytes=32 time=859ms TTL=127
Reply from 200.0.0.202: bytes=32 time=672ms TTL=127
Reply from 200.0.0.202: bytes=32 time=547ms TTL=127
Reply from 200.0.0.202: bytes=32 time=422ms TTL=127

Ping statistics for 200.0.0.202:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 422ms, Maximum = 859ms, Average = 625ms

This only happens to this server on the network, pinging all other servers are fine therefore I am hesitant to believe that their is a network fault with the cards otherwise this problem would happen when I try to ping all servers
