Lost Cluster

I recently migrated all my servers to an AD domain model. When migrating my cluster I changed the domain suffix on both nodes but not the virtual server name. When I rebooted the nodes after security updates the clustering service would not restart and now I cannot see the Q: drive or the D: drive which are on an MSA 1000. I can seee them in the array management software but Disk Manager says they are unreadable. Help?
