ML 110 G3 Pentium D or Pentium 4 HT

Hi, we're looking into deploying an HP ML 100 G3 as a server to host FileMaker server, a databse server, for 5-10 users on a Giga-lan.
Looking at two models that the only diffenece is between the CPU - one a Pentium D 3.00ghz... the other a Pentium 4 3.20ghz hyperthread. Since all other factors are the same... forgetting the slight speed difference, would one see any performance difference between a "D" or the "HT" Pentium?
Thanks in advance.

Pentium D model 830 has DualCore (without HyperThreading) and Pentium 4 model 640 has HyperThreading without DualCore.
It is hard to say if you will see any performance difference. The price is same, so I think you can going to Pentium D just because 830 greater than 640 :-)
