ML 110 T01 dont recognize Hard Disk SATA

Hi, somebody help please!!!.
I`ve put a hard disk SATA in my M110 and the BIOS does not recognize it..i found the last version of BIOS but neither..
Hard disk is Seagate of 250Gb.
