ML 110 don't boot

We're installing windows 2008 X64 on a ML110
The server has an adaptec 2420 SAS RAID controller with 4 internal drives.
We have successfully created a raid-5 array and started the installation which correctly see the raid and created a 80GB boot partition.
The process copied all the files and rebooted .
However the reboot failed with the server making a continous series of "beep".
Has anyone such configuration working ?
