ML 150 G2 not booting to CD

I have to re-install the operating system, but the ML 150 will not boot to the DVD.
I have set the Bios to the following boot order
CDROM
Harddrive
Removable
Network boot
I have also tried to use F8, it comes up, I select CDROM, but again it boot straight into the existing operating system, without going to CD.

This suggests you're trying to boot from a DVD media.

If this ML 150 G2 does not have an optional combo drive installed, it does not have a DVD drive - the drive is literally a CDROM drive, i.e. _CD only, not DVD_.

Get your OS on a CD media (CD or CD-R) and try installing from that.
