ML 150 G5 Turns on for 5 sec and then turns off again.

Here is what it does:

I push the power button and all external panel leds turn green and the all the fans work.
Before even the screen turns on , the fans stop and the server stops responding and turns off.
After that to try to start it again I have to disconnect the power cable and retry.
Upon opening it , I tried to reset the CMOS , and still nothing.
I tried disconnecting and reconnecting RAM , RAIDS , DVD's ... still nothing.
LED 6 is green constantly , while LED 1 (which I'm still trying to find out what it does) is blinking Green constantly EXCEPT those first 1-2 seconds when the server starts. After that it starts blinking (green always) and the server turns off.

Any ideas?

i have exactly the same problem. I ordered a new PSU but still the same problem occurs. I thought about changing the system board but 800 euro are really too much. Isn't there any other way to diagnose the server? i would really appreciate any help

i have same problem with ML150G5, but solved by upgrade lights out 100 firmware to 3.20B. Process takes arround 10minutes & needs power cycle.. after that.. lancar jaya.. (happy ending)..
