Hi everybody,

is it possible to combine a hot-plug hdd cage and a non hot-plug hdd cage in the ml 150 G5?

If yes, what is the part number for the non-hot-plug hdd cage?

I only found the hot-plug hdd cage part number :-(

What raid card do you have?
If you are using an extra card that supports hot plugging ( I installed an e200 card in my 150 g5, and that does support it), then you should be able to mix them.

If not, check the service manual (goto manuals when you are at the ml150 g5 support page)and search for the part number for the non hot plug drive cage listed there.

thanks a lot for the response but that was not my question.

I am searching for the part number of the NON-HOT-PLUG-HDD-CAGE for the ML 150 G5.

I allready searched through the quick specs and all other docs I found but I was not able to locate the right part.

Anybody else an idea?
