ML 150 G6 RAID 10 speed

Hello

I have ML 150 G6 with raid 10 from 2x250GB WD SATA bought with server. I checked the speed with hd tune and i receive max 100MB/s. It's seems little to slow i think. Am I correct or this is normal speed for this raid with this HDD?
