ML 150G5 with Blue Screen

I have a ML150 G5 with 2x SAS and 4x SATA drives installed. This drives are then connected to HP 8 Internal Port Smart Array E200/128 BBWC SAS Controller. I now have issues when installing the Win2k3 OS on either the raid 1 (2x SAS drives) or raid 5 (4x SATA) it appears with the blue screen.

The raid is configured successfully however blue screen appears

Has anyone experienced issues similar to these case, your help will be great

I have checked the memory and all is okay.

Are you using SmartStart to install it, or doing it by hand?

Smartstart should take care of all the driver requirements.

It is likely this is a hardware issue, probably motherboard.
