ML 150G6 Server 2003 R2 Std

I'm experiencing the same issue with my ML 150G6 it boots to the first Server 2003 splash screen and then the screen goes black the hard disk lights constantly flash so there is activity, it boots fine into safe mode with no errors in the event logs. Running latest BIOS 06/07/2009, latest iLO firmware, using the onboard SATA Raid controller B110i (Raid1) firmware v1.10. System loaded up using version1 Easy Setup CD going to try version 2 CD. Does anybody have any further info / ideas
