ML 310 hangs at Setup is Starting Windows

After installing Windows 2003 on a Proliant 310, the system hangs at "Setup is Starting Windows". By the way, I am using SmartStart Release 6.20.

Hello Peter,
Which array controller are you using?? If it's the onboard controller then just update the drivers of that particular controller and also update the system bios as well please.

Updating drivers did not help. I had to use the erase utility from smartstart, once I erased everything I was able to install Windows 2003 Server. After installing Windows 2003 Server, I installed the support pack.
