ML 330 G6 - Silly ? - Drive maps use in Remote Web Workplace

Ok, silly question...

HP ML330 G6 w/ SBS Server 2008 Preimum

We have a few users that have laptops, they work outside the office a lot. common issue.

Using MS's Remote Web Workplace how can I configure drive mappping? Since they have thier laptop with them off site they can't use the "connect to PC" option. Can server shares we use drive maps for in the office work outside the office with RWW?

Or is the only solution using VPN connecions.
VPN is the way we used to use on our old server.

Can MS's IGA software be used to do this thru RWW more securely then a VPN connection.

Having to "download" files seems a large pain thru RRW, why no support for standard drive maps?
