ML 350 G4 (System Shutdown Service)

I have ML 350 G4 running W2003 and had the motherboard replaced. I had to use a temporary server another ML 350.

After the mother was replaced. When I booted up my server I had 3 event errors:

Event ID:7000
The HP ProLiant Advanced System Management Controller service failed to start due to the following error:
The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.

Event ID:7001
The HP ProLiant System Management Interface Driver service depends on the HP ProLiant Advanced System Management Controller
service which failed to start because of the following error:
The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.

Event ID:7001
The HP ProLiant System Shutdown Service service depends on the HP
ProLiant System Management Interface Driver service which failed to start
because of the following error:
The dependency service or group failed to start.

I have 2 other ML 350 (G3 and G5) I compared them to my G4 and the other 2 server, the System Shutdown Service is NOT depend to any other services.

So I'm wondering what might have been installed by accident during the use of the temporary server? Because prior to all of this my G4 didn't have any of those event errors mentioned.

Thank in advance for you help!
