ML 350 G4 don't boot

I have a ML350 G4, we had a cut of power electricity and the server boot (all routines are good: scsi devices, raid, etc), but the operative system don't work, How I can lauch the operative system without reinstall de server?

The question is, the OS is not able to boot to normal state or you stop on c:.... and nothing, blank screen ?
