ML 350 G4 internal health error

I have 2 server Proliant ML 350 G4 with the same trouble.the internal health error,the Electric current is normal at my office,but still like that.I worry abut the power supply is not working properly,but i can't try to change the power supply.what is the great solutions for that case? thank's

mmm if it is the internal health why are you worried about power supplies?

should be something inside of the servers then
