ML 350 G4P Redundant System Fan 4 Error

I have the above running all the latest version of firmware but i have an internal health light on. It points redundant system fan. Ive looked inside breifly and it appears to be ok but this was whilst it was on. If i power it down then power back up, it goes off for a bit then turns on. Looking in the Management Log in HP SM i see "Fan Failure (Fan 4, Location System)"

Bar buying a new one, any other ideas? Can i turn this alert off? Im not that fussed about it?

If possible, you could swap Fan4, with another, and check if you move the problem.

This way you will know if it's the fan or the system i/o bd.

You can check pins for FAN connector on the systemboard and on the FAN connector. If they are ok, then you should replace the FAN.
Here is PIN explanation:
2 Status Fan Present / Fan Failure
3 12 V
4 Sense Standard Tachometry Signal
5 PWM possibly PWM-Control Signal
