ML-350 beep code

I have a Compaq ML-350 that has been a real workhorse for us for a couple of years. The system was powered down for several weeks and now it won't boot back up. The system gives no video and 3 beeps. One short beep and 2 long beeps. What do these beeps indicate?

Hello Gary,
Please reseat the Server Feature board as well as the RAM. Also check for any loose cables as well. Usually if you have no video it's something to do with the RAM or Feature board. Try reseating those components and let me know how you make out.
