ML 350 reboot unexpectly err 6008

Hi, i have a ML350 server with SBS 2003.
My OS is patched but my server can do 2 reboot per day ?
I have not any problem in log of sbs
Anyone can give a solution ?

Have a look in the Integrated Management Log (IML) using the IML viewer.

Start-Programs-HP System Tools -IML viewer

If there are any underlying hardware problems you may see entries in the IML.

Also it might be useful to know the ML350 generation G1, G2, G3, G4 etc although I suspect it's fairly new.

Thank you, i'm going to try it and i'have seen on internet the same, problem.
It will be an error on NIC interface, i'm going to try to upgrade the rom of the NIC,
