ML 370 G5 Blue Screen error

Hi All,

I have a ML 370 G5 server with 15 HDD of 146 GB SAS, 16 GB (4X4GB) of RAM, 2 Array controller of P400(512 MB,v-5.26). The OS is Windows 2008 64 bit installed in the HDD of bay 1 & 2 which is RAID 1+0 configured, remaining HDD are also configured as per requirements. The system works fine for a week and after that it fails to boot the OS. While booting the OS a Blue Screen appears with the following error code:

0X0000007F (0X0000000000000008, 0X0000000080050031, 0X00000000000006F8, 0XFFFFF8000A8F8003)

I already swap all the memory units to check is there any RAM issue. I also try to reinstall the OS but after few minutes the blue screen appears with the above error code. Any suggestion from anyone?

Dont look BACK as U will miss something INFRONT!

does the os ever load and run or will it not load os

disconnect all extra hardware including disks and boot from hp diagnostics cd ,and if all okay

add disks one at a time then add cards etc one at a time ,,

how many power supplies if only put it in the other slot,,

what happens now..

First step, would be to install the latest Firmware Maintenance CD.

Then install the latest Proliant Support Pack.
