ML 370 Network card problem

The network card on my ML 370 is in down state,
the OS (Windows 2K) shows, that there aren't enough resources for the network card, and the "COMPAQ Diagnostics for Windows" utility writes:

What generation of ProLiant ML370 do you have?
Or, do you know what the NIC model is?

There may be a ROM update to clear this up before we decalair the NIC DOA.

I am sorry,

It is ML370 G1 (2 x 1MHz), it has got HP NC3163 FastEthernet network card (on the board)

There are no ROM Updates available to re-flash this NIC. And nothing in the system ROM:

I can't check information about the warranty, cause there isn't my country (Georgia) in the coutries list. There are several companies, that are the COMPAQ - HP distributers in Georgia. Must I ask them about the warranty or I have to select some other country in the countries list?
