ML 370: adding a 2nd CPU

I've got an ML 370, and my main question is about VRMs. Which part numbers are correct?

320266-001?
329267-001?
157825-001?

Are they interchangable or not?

Hello Jim,
Here is the information depending upon the Generation of ML370 you have:

GENERATION 1 - 157825-001
GENERATION 2 - 228506-001
GENERATION 3 - 289564-001

It's a gen 1 (slot 1 1000/133 CPU), I believe.
