ML 370G6/DL380G6 NIC Drivers and WinPE

I cannot get the HP NC375i Quad Port Gigabit NIC Card to work with WinPE 2.0. Has anyone been successful with the NC375i Driver and WinPE. I have tried the native Qlogic Driver with no luck also. The NIC Card shows in the Network Configurator Window, but will not assign an IP Address or MAC Address. I have tried several different (older) versions of the Driver. All of my other servers work fine with WinPE and the drivers I have added, including the HP ML150G6.

Any help would be most appreciated.

One more note. The WinPE CD that I am using is the Active@ Boot Disk by LSoft which can be found and demoed at LiveCD.com Thanks
