ML 570 G3 Not Booting
With both power cables in the server will not boot , all fans just reving , orange light on power button. If UID is put on and then the power button is pushed , server boots up.Have changed power backplane , same result.
Please advise.

Make sure all the connections to the board are tight. I have a similar issue on the DL 380 G5. The fan power between the front of the chassis and CPUs was loose. It is a cable about 3 inches long. Looks like a 50 pin SCSI connection. It was next to the one CPU. It was loose and the server would not boot. So check all the connections. Reseat all the RAM and CPUs.
