ML110 G3 4 gig ram upgrade

ML110 G3 4 gig ram upgrade

I have upgraded my ageing ml110 to 4gig of ram but it will not Boot/Finish post with the 4gig installed, inly boots if I have 1 stick of 2gig installed.

 

I have updated to the latest bios formware but it still sticks at updating NVRAM

 

Any suggestions?
