I'm using an USB FDD original and disk is recognized normally. I am using driver form hp web http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/27273.html .

Install proccess start normally until copy files in finnished and reboot to load from hard disk but at this point bypass hard disk boot

Closed case. Firmware update to SCSI Controler version 5.05.21.00 (LSI Logic 1030-i) http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/24502.html
It is loading from hard disk OK now
