ML110 G4 Add 250GB SATA Disk

I want to order a 2nd disk for my ML110 G4 to implement RAID. The original disk is HP part number 411276-B21 which is no longer available. I found numerous 250GB SATA drives available through HP Parts but I'm not sure which one to order. Any assistance with the correct part number (plus a part number for the cable which I'll also need) would be appreciated. Thanks.

I believe a standard SATA cable is included with every drive from HP, so unless you have a special controller in the server, you should be set with cabling.

As for which one to order, I don't think it really matters, as long as it's at least as fast as the old one, and of course, 3.5".
The old one seems to be 250GB, 7.2K RPM, 1.5G(transfer speed), non-hotplug, according to this page:
