ML110 G4 - Front LED Amber - Mainboard LED green

Hi,

 

yesterday i upgraded an older ML110 G4 to 8 GB and switched it off.

Today in the morning the front LED gets amber after a few seconds - both mainboards LED are green.

 

I removed all cards and disks, replaced the power unit and the ram so far.

 

No reaction - any hints what i can do?
