ML110 G4 firmware on Lights out

Hi,

I am attempting to apply a firmware update to our new ML110 G4.
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=au&prodTypeId=15351&prodSeriesId=3186395&swItem=MTX-db961779803c479d9414c0b6ba&prodNameId=3279681&swEnvOID=1005&swLang=8&taskId=135&mode=4&idx=3

The firmware talks about creating a USB key, however all the keys we have handy at 4GB in size, and the tool complains they are too big.

I have tried formatting with a smaller partition to no avail.

Is there no way to run this to a CD or similar, like we do with all our higher end servers?

We need this update to get the thing working under IE7 (which is all any PC here runs).

The tool also talks about having a "network flash" version but I can't determine how to use it.
