ML110 G5 - CDRom PIO mode and unknown device

Hi,

I've just bought 3 ML110 G5 and I'm having a few minor, but annoying problems to do with drivers and devices in windows 2003 standard edition.

The most annoying problem is that the systems sees the SATA 5 & 6 connectors as IDE primary and secondary controllers respectively, and the CDRom attached to one of them as device 0 on that controller. No matter what I've tried doing, it always puts this device into PIO mode, meaning that copying from the CD runs through the CPU and slows the machine down with 80% CPU usage by interrupts.

The other problem is that I've installed all the software and drivers from the HP Drivers page, but there is still 1 device labelled as unknown. The machine doesn't seem to be effected by this, but it is still annoying.

Help would be greatly appreciated.
