ML110 G5 CPU upgrade?

Hi all

I have an ML110 G5 server with a dual core E2160 CPU. Sadly this CPU does not support Intel VT.

Would I be able to replace the E2160 CPU with a Xeon E3110 simply by slotting it in as a replacement? Would any other components need to be replaced?
