ML110 G5 - Fan Speed after bios update

Hi all,
I have this problem: on an ML110 G5 (470064-827).
After a bios update (ROMpaq usb key media) the fan speed is always at the maximum speed with a lot of noise. The version of the bios is the last (see detail below)
Systems ROMPaq Firmware Upgrade for HP ProLiant ML110 G5 Servers (For USB Key-Media)
Versione: 2009.10.09 (A) (26 ott 2009)
File:SP45854.exe
I have already try to downgrade the version of the bios but the problem persist.
Could you help me?

Have the exact same problem with ML 110G5 after upgrading with cp011915.exe.

Try downgrade with no success.

I resolved installing also the firmware below after the Systems ROMPaq Firmware Upgrade for HP ProLiant ML110 G5 Servers (For USB Key-Media).

Firmware Upgrade for HP ProLiant ML115 G5\ML150 G5\ML110 G5\DL180 G5\DL120 G5 Lights-Out 100 Remote Management (For USB Key-Media)

I've also had the same problem having updated the Firmware to the latest version but I can't quite tell which update you applied to fix the problem....can you clarify for me please?

First I have installed Bios System Rom ROMPaq Update (version 2009.10.09 (A), file SP45854.exe), later, to solve the problem of fan speed I have installed Firmware Management update (version 3.11 (A), file SP44085.exe).
