ML110 G5 - Wake on Time/Date option?
Hello
I bought a ML110 G5 a few months ago.
I'd like to shut down the server in the evening and start it in the morning automatically.
Is there any possibility to start the server time triggered, I can't find a option like "Wake on Time/Date" in the BIOS/Setup ...

Re: ML110 G5 - Wake on Time/Date option?
Hi,
you can sutdown the server automatically with the help of OS.
And again if you want to boot the server you have softwares which uses wakeon lan. I used this before some 2 years back. But I dont remember the software was having an option of time in that.
I think this must be possible.

Re: ML110 G5 - Wake on Time/Date option?
Yes, Wake on Lan works, but I need a extra computers which starts by wake on time/date, send the Magic-Packet to the ML110 G5 and then shutdown itselfs ... I was just wondering if there is another way ...
