ML110 G5 Windows 2000

I need to replace a failing server which is running Terminal Services as part of Windows 2000 Server.

I have an ML100G5 with 2 x 250GB drives in a RAID Mirror - Windows 2000 Server installed but I am still missing drivers for Video, LAN and a 'PCI Device'. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Does anyone have this hardware and software configuration working? We do not want to upgrade the software if we don't need to.
