ML110 G5 problem with drive rebuild Raid 1

I use a ML110 G5 Server with RAID1. When the Raid was broken and i rebuild it under Windows 2003 Server with the Array Configuration Tool all works fine until the rebuild process ist finished. When the rebuild is finished, some data on the drives are destroyed and the system is unable to reboot. I tried it with different ML110 servers and different hard disks and it is always the same. Does anyone know this ?

had tried the same , but seems that Raid is a software base Raid which is a little bit "wrong"

It doesnt work for 2008 too .....

didnt worked for me too , bought a P400 ( !attention! dont patch greater then 4,12 ) that fixed the Problem

That Problem is know to HP ... call there Hotline an ask them ...
