ML110 G5 with Intel Xeon X3110 shows only ONE core in Windows

Hi,
I have a ML110 G5 w/Intel Xeon 3065, I upgraded it to Intel Xeon X3110.

After upgrade, in the Window XP it shows it has only ONE CORE! I have tried to reinstall XP and Windows 7 but still shows one core.

Can someone pls help?

I have upgrade the ROM Bios to 015 (03/12/2009) from the original 015 (04/03/2008).
