ML110 Network

I have a server ML110 with W2003 server connected with several teams in some network performance is very low, it is as if the speed works to 10 MB instead of 100 MB, 24-port 10/100 switch is, the rest of team work correct. Recently connect a Linksys NAS200 for backups and the same poor performance in the traffic network cabling is certified and discarded. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hmm

Is you nic connected at 100 or 1000 fd? If not go into the nic properties and force it to connect at that speed. Also check to make sure your switch support's the speed you want to use
