ML110 No POST

I have recently obtained a secondhand ML110 G5 server and I am not able to get it to POST. I have striped the server to a minimal configuration but I am unable to get the video to come up. When powering on the server the fan spins up then the server appears to power off then power on again, this time it stays powered on but no video or POST beeps occur. Does anyway one have idea why this is occurring?

Are there any leds lit at all.
Can you try to change the DIMMs, swap places on them.
Reseat the CPU.
Reseat all parts if this is not helping.
Check sys brd for leds?
If you still have the same problem, i would try with new compatible dimms, if you have (make sure they are put into bank A)

If prob persist, my guess is you have faulty HW and it is probably sys brd, cpu or dimm.
