ML110 g6 not booting

Hai Im here to ask for what happend with my server
I know ML110 G6 is old but I got from my friend with no ram installed
I install a 4 gb ram 1333 not ECC and it boot up ,after shuted down the server I tired to boot it up no beep sound no video out nothing happend
But when I connect a power wire fan look like spin in about 1 sec. and stop and spin again but no beep sound no HDD led status Led standby is still showing and led 3 in blink like normal I tried to change a ram slot but not working ,I checked cpu but it still working


CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLZ.
